Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a booking more than 48 hours ahead of the start time you will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds are processed instantly but may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
